Digital Domain’s very first film earned an Academy Award nomination for its artists and features several sequences that utilize models & miniatures, as well as some pioneering CG work. Most memorable is a scene involving Harrier jets that fire missiles at a bridge in the Florida Keys, followed by a harrowing rooftop finale staged in downtown Miami.
